The Darlington, Ontario location is looking for a hardworking, and detail-oriented Site Warehouse Manager to join the team.

The Site Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse facility and the timely and accurate movement of all products and materials. The Site Warehouse Manager will be accountable for overall output and performance metrics including but not limited to receiving inventory, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control function.


  • Adhere to company and site shipping and receiving operational procedures including bar coding system
  • Review shipping and receiving orders and requests for stock transfers
  • Schedule inbound and outbound shipping transportation
  • Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading of inventory
  • Oversee the receipt inspection and verification of inventory as per the purchase orders
  • Ensure the proper storage of receive inventory as per company and site procedures
  • Supervise warehouse employees in line with safety and quality procedures, the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Employment Standards Act
  • Ensure all orders are picked, verified, and packaged correctly for safe shipping and handling


  • Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or related field is preferred, or, equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various transportation carriers and modes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Ontario Employment Standard Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act


  • 3 to 5 years of progressive management experience within a warehouse/distribution facility
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team within a supply chain and logistics function
  • Experience in the construction industry and/or nuclear sector is a definite asset
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and related technologies
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suites
  • Solid ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem solving skills
  • Adept coaching abilities
